Sports Psychologist & National Table Tennis Player
It is truly inspiring to witness an initiative like SPARS. As a psychologist and a National Table Tennis Player, I deeply admire the vision behind this foundation. What makes SPARS stand out is that it believes in nurturing talent from the very beginning, rather than waiting for athletes to become successful before offering support. While many choose to encourage or sponsor players after they achieve recognition, SPARS is investing in young talent from the grassroots level. That vision is both rare and commendable.
A special appreciation to Ashish Chakravarty Sir, whose passion and commitment have made this initiative possible. His dedication to creating opportunities for young athletes reflects genuine care for the future of sports and for every player who dreams of excelling.
A heartfelt shout-out to Rithwick Sir, whose hard work, discipline, and passion are evident in the way he mentors every athlete. His commitment goes beyond coaching—it is about shaping confident, resilient, and dedicated individuals who strive to give their very best.
Finally, the players deserve immense appreciation. A strong vision and dedicated mentors can achieve great things only when the athletes match that commitment with passion and perseverance. The young players at SPARS are exceptionally talented, hardworking, and deeply committed to their sport. Their enthusiasm, discipline, and eagerness to learn are truly inspiring.
I wholeheartedly wish Ashish Chakravarty Sir, Rithwick Sir, and the entire SPARS family continued success in their journey. May this wonderful initiative continue to nurture young talent, inspire future champions, and make a meaningful difference in the world of sports.

Parents of Vihaan
When our son, Vihaan, first showed an interest in table tennis, we wanted to find a place where he would not only learn the sport but also grow as an individual. That's when we got in touch with Ashish Sir at Spars Ping Pong Table Tennis Academy.
Our very first conversation with Ashish Sir left a lasting impression on us. His passion for nurturing young talent and his commitment to helping every child realize their potential were immediately evident. One statement of his has stayed with us ever since—he smiled and said that the academy actually loves "naughty children" because they are often the easiest to teach and shape. It was such a refreshing and heartwarming perspective, and honestly, something we were delighted to hear, especially in the Indian context where children are often expected to simply conform. It reflected an understanding that every child is unique and deserves to be guided with patience, positivity, and encouragement.
It has now been eight months since Vihaan joined the academy, and we couldn't be happier with his journey. His improvement on the table has been remarkable, but what brings us even greater joy is the transformation we've witnessed off the table. His focus, discipline, confidence, and enthusiasm have grown tremendously, and those qualities have started reflecting in other aspects of his life as well.
What has touched us the most is the genuine care and dedication shown by Rijju Sir and Ritwik Sir. They don't just teach strokes and techniques—they patiently mentor the children, sharing the finer nuances of the game, their own experiences, and the invaluable insights that only years of playing and coaching can bring. Their attention to detail, encouragement, and ability to make learning enjoyable have made a world of difference. Every training session is filled with purpose, warmth, and positive energy.
Because of this incredible environment, Vihaan wakes up every day excited to go to the academy. He genuinely looks forward to learning, practicing, and becoming a little better with each session. As parents, there is nothing more fulfilling than seeing your child eagerly embrace hard work because they love where they are.
Through our experience, we've come to believe that a truly exceptional sports academy is built on two pillars: the right intent and exceptional coaching. At Spars Ping Pong Table Tennis Academy, these two qualities go hand in hand. The coaches possess outstanding expertise, but more importantly, they care deeply about every child's growth—not just as athletes, but as human beings.
What makes this academy even more special is that its values extend beyond sports. We were deeply moved to learn that the academy has adopted and is supporting a few underprivileged children, investing wholeheartedly in their welfare and giving them a genuine opportunity to pursue their dreams. That is not just social responsibility—it is compassion in action. These children are not treated differently; they are celebrated, encouraged, and have become role models for everyone training at the academy. Watching this unfold has been incredibly inspiring for us and for our son.
In a world where actions often fall short of words, Spars Ping Pong Table Tennis Academy truly walks the talk. We feel immensely grateful that Vihaan is growing in an environment where excellence, kindness, discipline, and humanity are valued equally.
To Ashish Sir, Rijju Sir, Ritwik Sir, and the entire Spars family—thank you for believing in every child who walks through your doors. We are thankful that academies like yours exist, and we look forward to watching Vihaan continue this wonderful journey under your guidance.

Parents of Dhairya Kakkad
Our son Dhairya’s table tennis journey began at Spars Academy on March 22, 2024, and we have felt like part of the family ever since.
Initially, we were completely unsure of what to expect, as professional table tennis was entirely new to us. However, Ashish Chakravarthy thoroughly guided us through the process. He taught us exactly what it takes to be an athlete and how professional both the parents and the child need to be on this journey.
The coaches, Ritwick and Riju, have been absolutely incredible. They treat Dhairya like their own son, constantly identifying his strengths and tailoring his training to bring out his absolute best. I am more than satisfied with his daily improvement and his growth as an overall athlete.
The entire atmosphere at Spars is wonderful. The staff and the other children are incredibly supportive. We hope this journey helps us reach our ultimate dreams.
A heartfelt thank you to every member of the Spars family. We look forward to many more great times ahead.
